I haven't blogged for a month! During English the other day I was talking to Sarah and Nithya about journals and yeah only I realized that I do have a blog and I haven't been blogging for a while .. I thought it'd only been at most 3 weeks but yeah it's almost a month ..

I have been really busy for the past few weeks, and I had a really hard time going through some personal issues. I used to think that I'll be able to handle it till the end of the year and not voice it out even after my retirement as the Secretary. But I realized that I couldn't take it anymore. At a point of time, I decided to talk about it, so that maybe we could fix things. But then after half of the board voicing out our opinions for more than 40 minutes of not-stop-talking, guess what I got in return.

"You said you don't feel appreciated, I don't understand why, everytime you let me sign a letter I'll sign a letter and say thank you, for example, do you think Obama actually say thank you to his secretary?"

I was terribly hurt when I heard his words. I'm sure he said way more than that. But I couldn't think properly. I laughed instead, and I was laughing at myself, for believing in them that we can actually 'talk things out'.

I was having the toughest time of the year and I thought of giving up. The idea was so strong because I lost hope in them. I spoke to my entire LEO Board and they know it isn't the best choice but they supported me. I wanted to quit because I had no reason to hold on anymore. I tried my best and got hurt in return. We tried our best and got hurt in return.

Words can always be forgiven, but not forgotten.



Concert Night spent with the junior :)

Thank God I had Melissa, Mei Yeen and Nicole with me. We wanted desperately for things to be fixed but to fix things involve two parties. I am glad that I didn't quit, in the end, and it's one week to my retirement! Well at most 2 weeks :) I received notes and text messages. Thank God I have Xi-Zhe and Marcus. Thank God for those evil people because it gave me a chance to find beauty in the rest :)

Had dinner with the girls during a concert night. Love them till I die :')

Went to MCKL's Joint Installation on 21st of July. Met the seniors and felt great! :D Spoke to them and the installation was superb. Especially the performances! Had a great time over there and I was beginning to realize that it's finally time for to step down as the President! Was feeling quite sad about that but went to Midvalley with Li Ching after that for dinner. Thought I will speak to her mostly about what happened but ended up talking my plan after high school instead.

Realized that what happened wasn't that much of a big deal eventhough I cried quite hard for that in school. OH Xi-Zhe managed to make laugh when I was crying. And I knew he'd be a right guy to go to whenever I encounter problems :) For once I am so glad that we have juniors. People who can handle your worst, sure as hell deserve you at your best :)

Finally elected the incoming Leo Board and they were finally installed on the 27th of July! I had to stay back for the entire week and honestly they still need a lot of assistance from the outgoing board. They learnt better each time after our scoldings and lecturing and I really hope they can do a better job than us! I was proud to recite the Leo Pledge without any mistake (THANK GOD!) and gave my speech. Though I made a few mistakes :)

Received this badge from Eng Seng, President of Leo Club of MCKL :) And I really really love it :D One of the advantage of having Omega Leos as friends is that they are so nice they give you badges to fill up your empty vests HEHEHE.

Spent 2 hours sorting out the photos and made a collage for madam! Developed it at the Kodak photo shop and put it in quite a normal looking frame but was glad that madam like it! :D Gave her as a farewell present and she cried reading Woei Cong's letter omg haha. We all cried.

I spent 3 hours writing letters to my incoming board of directors and I have yet to write to madams and the rest. I printed their letters but I would like to hand write to my board and madams. So yeah I will do it during the holidays!

Loving life though studies are going down hill because I discovered some true friendships lately.

Desperately wants a Polaroid Camera but everyone tells me it's almost useless cause most things can be done within minutes by using a computer. But I really like it! :(

Had a chance to get from Debra but I am still very very reluctant about it! HOW?! :(

Received gifts and a note from Madam Leong. It was a total surprise to me! Teared up while reading her note. It's nice to know that I have done fairly well throughout the entire fiscal year :) Received a giant book mark from Inn Kgee too!

Got myself a new rucksack and pencil case cause the condition of the original ones are really bad already. And I really need new things to give me the motivation to study. Didn't study much over the weekend but manage to finish up 90% of my homework! Gonna finish up the rest later on :)

Love my class though the boys are quite annoying at times. Wen Yi did this during our experiment for continuous variation HAHAHA. Madam Mazni kept on asking what's the giant leave for HAHA. Love this photo because it gives the sense of togetherness hehehe.
